The Company Details item allows you to change your company’s address details.

The Transaction Numbers item allows you to change the internal transaction numbers maintained by the system. Normally only used for error recovery purposes, but sometimes also used to setup starting invoice, credit note etc numbers.

The Company Bank Details and Listing allows you to setup and list your company’s banking details for receipting and payment purposes.

The Company Enquiry item allows you to instantly call up details of your trading figures for today, month-to-date and year-to-date.

The Company Valuation Enquiry allows you to value your stock, Outstanding Orders and Outstanding Supplier Purchase orders. In addition it includes a summary of the Customer and Supplier balances, a summary of the companies month-to-date and year-to-date sales figures plus counts of the number of customers, suppliers etc on file.

The Clear Company Balances allows you to clear all company cumulative figures.

The Setup Company Balances item allows you to create/update the company balances.

The Setup Company History allows you to setup the previous twelve months invoice, credit note, profit and discount total figures.

The Company Report allows you to print todays, month-to-date and year-to-date company totals for invoices, credit notes, receipts and adjustments.

The Company History Report lists company monthly sales totals for the year. Report includes invoice Count and value, credit note count and value, profit and discount.

The Correct Company Profit allows you to correct the daily, month to date and year to date invoice and credit note total profit figures.
